IntentLens™ explores how a person directs their behavioural effort across four areas:
- •Outcome Drive: delivering results, making decisions, maintaining progress and taking responsibility for outcomes.
- •People and Relationships: building trust, understanding and supporting others, communicating effectively and maintaining constructive relationships.
- •Structure and Process: creating clarity, quality and consistency through planning, processes, standards and attention to detail.
- •Adaptability and Learning: navigating change and uncertainty, trying new approaches, learning from experience and adjusting direction.
Within each area, IntentLens™ considers three related measures:
- •Core behaviour: how frequently the person relies on these behaviours as part of their usual approach.
- •Agility: how readily they can adjust, moderate or move beyond their usual approach when the context requires something different.
- •Intentionality: how consciously and purposefully they choose where to direct their effort in response to the context.
Together, these patterns help make a person's intent visible: what their behaviour appears to prioritise when different demands compete.
